Went fishing today on the Pilchuck River. Caught a 31" long Steelhead. I guess it's weight at about 11 lbs. It was the largest wild fish I ever caught. I caught it on eggs and a spin n glow. It took about 15 min to land it. It jumped three times, and every time it got close to shore it would run out again. After looking at the fish, I let it go back. Usually I bring a camera with me, but today I left it at home. I'll probly kick myself for a long time.

Saturday went and fished the upper Pilchuck and caught three fish. One was a summer run and two winter runs. The winter runs were 11.5 and 9 pounds. The summer run was 10 to 11 pounds. There was two other guys fishing the same hole and they each caught a summer run, so the just of the story is, three guys and five diffrent fish were caught in the same hole. The fish are in there you just have to find them.
